Durability

At first I was very happy from the high quality sound even though it came with some distinct issue with connecting to one of my android devices. I connected to two other androids and my windows pc when I was able to experience the high volume level compared to my previous Redmi Active 4 buds.

But, it all came crashing down when I started using it more frequently during the day. I am always connected my PC using these buds as well as my previous one. With my previous buds I could walk out of my home past two rooms if not more distance and still have a clear connection. Mind you I have a MSI Mag Morter motherboard in my pc that comes with a wifi 6, bluetooth 5.21 chip. https://www.techlandbd.com/msi-mag-b560m-mortar-wifi-motherboard
And my previous Redmi Buds 4 Active also comes with the same 5.3 Bluetooth as this soundpeats capsule 3 pro. However, soundpeats bud fails in the field of long term connectivity. Even when each bud has 100% battery, every 10-20 minutes and sometimes even more frequently like 10 times within 3 minutes the sound cuts off when I am sitting right in front of my pc. Not to mention I can’t go past 1 single wall in my house to hear my calls or other sound clearly.

I went to the NexGear retailer whom I purchased the product from and they replaced my buds with another capsule 3 pro. But, the same issues have been occuring. Can’t really blame the retailers for this either since they can’t keep changing the same product. I believe soundpeats lacks the transparency with their customer when it comes to their software shortcomings when for anything outside of ios. The hassle I had to put up with due to these issues were more than the 4k TK I spent behind this stupid product. I don’t recommend this for any Android or windows user. Apparently in all my tests it only works fine with ios devices. If you are making a product to be compatible with a certain eco system, you as a company should be transparent or skilled enough to test these statistics and present it to the customers before purchase.

Pros:

Higher level of volume compared to budget ear buds.

Cons:

Connectivity/Software shortcomings for Android and Windows
